our first film

For our first film we decided to do a gangster film so what we first did is research gangster films like goodfellas, casino, scarface and lockstock and two smoking barells. When we looked at all those films we chose to do one similar to the opening of goodfellas when we approached doing it we thought that we would make a few changes and hopefully it will turn successful. When we filmed our first movie we did it in the dark outside thinking that we have enough light that the camera will be able to see successfully. After filming it we put it up on the computer and the first thing we realised was that it was too dark to see anything so what we tried to do was brighten it in the edit suite but it didn't make that much of a difference and that's when we found out that we would have to film again.
